My daughter's mobigo won't turn
Here are some tips to try:
If your product has a "Reset" button, try using that.
Another tip. Try removing all of the batteries and holding down the
"ON" button for about 45 seconds. Then replace the batteries (be sure
they are fresh) and try your product again
I have a vtech mobiGo
had the same prob with my son. the games are fun the wife and i couldn't help it.
1. take out the batteries then hold the "on" button for 45 sec replace batteries
2. go to your vtech mobigo acct edit your childs name to "family" or something
3. now add the child you wanted to "reset" now switch mobigo from "family" to new child
4. plug mobigo into pc and the progress log should be reset

The only answer VTech offers is to contact customer service if you have tried the other trouble shooting methods. This is directly from their site:
"If your product still does not work properly, please contact our
Consumer Services Department at 800.521.2010 in the U.S. and
877.352.8697 in Canada. They will be able to issue a return
authorization and advise you of any replacement/repair fees. Please do
not return any merchandise to us without a return authorization.
Consumer Services hours in the U.S. are Monday thru Friday, 8:00 AM to
4:30 PM, Central Standard Time and in Canada, Monday thru Friday, 8:30
AM to 5:00 PM, Central Standard Time."

same problem here trying to download games with the 3 free v coins im lucky enough i got one but cant get anymore couldnt get into download centre at all lastnight i put it down to being busy with everyone trying to get the games
My band new Mobigo will not play any of the game
I have the same problem. Contacted the manufacturer and they said that all of the brand new game cartridges must be defective. I find that hard to believe that five brand new games are defective. Any solutions?
We have 2 VTech Mobigo's
This is definitely a software problem. I find it surprising that both are acting up. But based on some research that I've done, it doesn't seem to be an unlikely possibility. Many others are suffering from the same problem for this product. If you can, exchange both of them for new ones. Unfortunately, it seems to be a pretty inconsistent product. They should exchange it with no hassle, though, as I'm sure you will not be the first or last customers to experience this problem. Hope this helped
