Metrologic Instruments MS9535 VoyagerBT Barcode Scanner Questions & Answers
How do i get it to connection
You have to set-up the barcode scanner in the manual. The most common mistake is not scanning the "host" option. The scanner default is "no host" It will not work until you enable the appropriate "host" option by scanning that particular barcode. Read the manual. I changed the battery in my ms9535 & now it doesnt scan
First ,make sure to let it charge over night. Second, you may need to scan the bluetooth barcode located on the top of the charging cradle. This will tell the scanner which base to communicate with. If the charging cradle has a solid blue light, then the bluetooth connection is good.
How do I replace the internal battery? I ordered and have the battery, I do not know where the battery is located?
To replace the battery in the MS9535 Scanner, you need to remove three phillips head screws. First remove the rubber surround at the front of the scanner to reveal two screws underneath. Just pull the cover forward and it will slip right off. The third screw is located underneath the small round sticker near the bottom of the handle. Either poke through it or peel it off. Once all three screws are removed, carefully separate the top and bottom halves of the scanner. Make sure to note how the battery is positioned in the handle as it needs to be orientated correctly when replaced. Carefully pull the battery wires out of the socket on the circuit board, noting the orientation of the plug, and remove the old battery. Plug the new battery in. Be sure to place the new battery in the same position as the old one and place the circuit board in its spot. The red lens probably fell out of the front of the scanner, so replace it and bring the two halves of the scanner back together carefully. It may take some fiddling to get everything to settle in place. Replace the screws and rubber surround. There should be enough charge on the battery to power it up for a test. Charge scanner over night and you're good to go.

When I scan a barcode I would like the barcode
Hi, well with a Barcode scanner such as yours, the scanned data is sent, serially to the receiver where again it is processed, serially, again, and then sent through to the software, now this is all a function of how it works. To alter this you would need to program a Buffer, to store the data in a separate memory location, then when the data is finished, to then dump the contents, all at once sequentially into the necessary "Field" where the information is meant to go.
So there is not really any way around it unless you can find other software or modify what you have got.
