Make sure all parts are properly assembled AND tight. Hold power cord up and down at base of juicer when turning on, this will tell you if you have a short in your wire. If yes, replace the wire.

May have a short in wire. Can you replace the power cord?

What brand is the juicer? Most reputable manufacturers have a website you can contact them and request the parts and in most cases you will not find parts in retail stores they have to be directly ordered from manufacturer.

Have a load test done on the battery as if there is dead cell it will not allow a charge because there is no circuit.in the battery

Push the reset button underneath - this worked with mine when the same happened to me; I only realised it was there after changing the fuse, which didn't fix it. I turned it over and found the button and voila!

I've tried all suggestions how to remove the strainer, nothing is working it's stuck in there. Tried to find a # to call CS and they are in Canada only. I can't get the strainer out.

I had the same problem. Mine completely stopped working after I put a small carrot in there. Can't find a customer service number for them. I did find an email for Antoinette Ramos. [email protected] She emailed me back and said they would send me a new Juicer. Almost 20 days later, I have not received it and I can't get a reply email from her at all. Will any grater and filter unit serve, or do you have something more specific in mind?

Who makes this, the model number would be great as well. Here is a site which has a ton of online manuals for juicers and other products. Since I couldn't find yours as named, you may find it, if so -- let us know. Otherwise, give me more info on who made it and model number. I can usually find a pdf which i can email. Good care.

What make and model is "this" product?

Just fixed this problem!Take bottom off juicer. The 4th screw is an "odd" one...I drilled the center out and used a flat head.When you look up inside the juicer, you will see a silver lever arm. It touches the arm lock mechanism (so the juicer will only run when the arm is engaged).The lever arm should be behind the black lever arm part on the side. When I opened mine up, the silver level arm was on top of the black post thingy. I took a screwdriver and pushed it off the black post thingy, so it the very bottom of the silver lever is behind it. (I can no longer see the entire silver lever easily when it is in the correct position.)Totally fixed it.I think it bounced out of the correct spot when I juiced some hard veggies or when I moved it, it hit the counter pretty hard. Anyway, good luck....I am not a mechanic so sorry if the language is non-technical.:)

I tried to locate the manual with google, but unfortunately had no success. You could ask some specialized Rival manuals with the search engines, like here or manualsparadise.com. The services are not for free, but most times worthy - saved my live more than one time...
