Have you tried using an optical laser disc cleaner? If you are 100% sure the laser is burnt out then you will need a replacement laser. I found a unit on ebay but I am not 100% sure it is the direct replacement part for the Nakamichi DVD10S. You need to select digital out in the menu of the dvd player..

Contact Google.
