The flash memory has probably been erased (assuming no one remove the memory module).

Your Printronix service technician can diagnose and reflash if needed.

just press clear key twice

printer not detecting hammer bank . check all hammer bank cable or hammer bank interface circuit is faulty

Remove the ribbon and check for play when turning the plastic ribbon hub by hand. If it is loose try tightening with a torx bit. But it is probably cracked and needs to be replaced.

Verify that there is nothing clamped between the platen and the shuttle.

Last time I had this fault, it turned out to be a broken wire in the harness that connects the CMX board to the shuttle module.

Other possibilities include a failed shuttle or CMX board.
