Not turning on
The power adapter is 12 dc at 3.5 amps. This is a pretty heavy adapter for 12vdc, I recommend checking that with a voltmeter on the inside and outside of the plug. If, for any reason, it is not the original one, the one you have is probably too small in current, not enough mA even if 12vdc. I can help you more if you check that and respond letting me know whether or not it is the original.

Korg sp-250 randomly changes the voicing
When was the last time you changed the batteries? You may have gotten a pack of expired batteries the last time you replaced them. I suggest changing batteries.Jimmy

KORG SP-250. Keyboard powers
There is probably a cable loose that connects the keyboard itself to the processor... OR the key contacts have been contaminated by spilled liquid. The keys are scanned as a matrix. The contacts will be a conductive rubber pressed against circuit board traces. Clean contact "pills" and the circuit traces with ONLY 99% isoprophyl alcohol.
This is NOT for the unskilled to attempt a DIY other than carefully opening and looking for a cable that has come loose.

My korg m50 audio output R-L MONO VOLUME OUT IS TOO LOW
Might be a case of opening up the M50 as the previous poster did and wiggle connectors and components until the sound is affected. If you have some electronics experience, it should be fairly easy to figure out which board to investigate.
