You use the USB it comes with and attach it to the watch and the PC.

I am wondering the same thing. My son got it for Christmas and I just plugged it in and it doesn't appear to be doing anything. I also would like to know how to hook it to the internet. It doesn't read when I plug it into the USB port.

That is what my watch did. Make sure the battery 'tag' is completely removed. It will break off in the slot.
