The oven was on and
element has blown, pop is it breaking, that heating element will need replacing, failing this and elements all working water may have gotten to the electrics this would cause the pop and shut down all electric as well.
Oven door does not seal
Drill out the rivets with a power drill use nuts bolts and lockwashers where the rivets were Once the door is back on:
loosen all the door screws then bend the door diagonaly slightly to square it with the oven opening (don't worry you won't damage it) then tighten the door screws again check to see that the door is flush (no gaps)
The convection fan on our
Attempt to spin the motor by hand. If it feels tight, it will need to be replaced. Also make sure the blade has not fallen off, if so, check for damage and replace as necessary.

The cooling fan stays engaged after a cleaning
The problem is the oven door latch. Open the oven door and you'll see the latch on the left front. When it's to the right, the readout will read "SC" for self cleaning. When pushed back left, the fan stops. Apparently the latch does not return to the off position after SC. Snap it back a few times and it may stay off. If not, you'll have to fix it.
