If you can't remember the password you will have to reset the router to factory settings by pressing the reset button on the back of the router and holding it for 5 seconds. Login to the router by entering 192.168.0.1 in the search address bar of your router. First, you need an internet gateway. Do you have already some kind of internet connection through DSL, CABLE Modem, etc? The TP wifi will first have to be connected to your network (wired LAN). Then, once that is done, you need a computer with web browser to access and configure the setting in the TP. There is a CD that comes with the TP.
