I just answered this elsewhere so i will just copy and paste .....there are some complicated free ways that people say work to retrieve windows password .. but there is no guarantee with windows updates if it will work . Your best and quickest option is to try a password recovery software . You will need to do a factory reset:1. With the device off, press and hold Volume Up and Power.2. Release the Power button when you see the Samsung logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe data / factory reset. Press Home to choose the selection.4. Press Volume Up continue.

Doing a hard factory reset

you don't really need driver's to transfer file, pic, doc, movies,etc... just connect the Mini USB cord and on your tablet's notification area make sure you select USB connected.> select USB connect and the android will turn Orange. You will see Drive E :(that will be the Tablet's Hard Drive Storage) and F: (F) drive will be your external SD-card storage.
