Unfortunately the only places that will have a service manual is going to be Polaroid or a authorized Polaroid repair depot. User manuals are widely available but not the service manual.

Aside from the unavailability of the service manual there are really no user serviceable parts or even components on these machines. Basically the heads will go out of alignment and render it inoperable. Unless you have acess to a signal generator an osicillscope and so on even a electronics tech won;t be able to do much. And the other part of this is just the low prices. These units are available for under $50 on sale. So you only real option is to replace the unit as it will be cheaper than anything else. Unfortunately that is true of a lot of modern electronics. It isn't that you cannot repair them but it is far cheaper to replace it.

the one cause of that problem is the ribbon that connected to the screen...

you can replaced the ribbon to fix your problem..
