Witch ISP are you with ? do you know how to login to your router using your id and pass provided via your ISP it could be you need to change the settings once logged in, Such as the channels and/or type of wifi ?Get back to me and ill help you if i can

Really? How about www.gmail.com in any browser? Of DL the GMail app from either itunes or the play store.

The LG G3 is something spectacular compared to that net book lol. That net book is honestly too slow in my opinion but I would try jail breaking it if its on android and then putting a new more updated version, like android 4.0

Try a soft reset to see if that helps

I believe that device uses the android os. You should be able to access the bluetooth settings (assuming it has bluetooth capabilities) from the settings menu. Normally you go to your home, click menu then settings. If yours has a connection tab, choose it. There should be a bluetooth option to toggle on/off.

sounds like a network card issue in netbook can you plug and ethernet cord in thats wired to your isp and check and see if you can get on that way ? if you cant then it inside the netbook now adays the network parts are included in newer motherboards even for netbooks and laptops. it might need replacing , another way is to ping, your ip address but you have to get it from your isp(internet service provider) here is a video i found to help you

before resettiing back up every thing she has in downloads, basically if u have external dvd/cd rom drive you can make a backup of her my documents folder the whole thing. as long as you have your own password to get in you can do this, might be a good idea to back up your data .

You can perform a factory reset, but this will wipe out all user-level data on the machine. Have you tried just pushing and holding the reset button on the underside of the machine? Factory data reset: to erase all user's data on the Device as follows:

• Click "Factory data reset" button to enter.
• Click "reset device" button.
• Click "Erase everything" button to start reset.
• Wait until the device finishes the reset by itself.

1. restart windows system from login page. 2. before booting to "Acer" press immediately Alt+10 and continue pressing until "windows prompt: loading".
