Forgot lock pattern on android? Here's a way to reset it. Enter wrong pattern 5 times and wait for 30 seconds. Select "Forgot pattern" and enter your gmail account username and password. Make sure you use the same account that was used to activate the tablet and double check the password by logging in to that Google account in a browser on laptop or PC If you don't have access to the original Gmail account, you will need to do a hard reset and loose your settings and apps on the Netbook. The data on the memory card will not be wiped though. If all else fails...

You can perform a factory reset, but this will wipe out all user-level data on the machine. Have you tried just pushing and holding the reset button on the underside of the machine? Factory data reset: to erase all user's data on the Device as follows:

• Click "Factory data reset" button to enter.
• Click "reset device" button.
• Click "Erase everything" button to start reset.
• Wait until the device finishes the reset by itself.

The Device will turn off automatically. (It takes a few minutes).

I believe that device uses the android os. You should be able to access the bluetooth settings (assuming it has bluetooth capabilities) from the settings menu. Normally you go to your home, click menu then settings. If yours has a connection tab, choose it. There should be a bluetooth option to toggle on/off.

The only thing you can do is reset the computer

1. restart windows system from login page. 2. before booting to "Acer" press immediately Alt+10 and continue pressing until "windows prompt: loading". Something to try.... Power the unit off (holding power button) and selecting Power off Then simultaneusly hold the back button and on button for 8 seconds,the android icon should appear Press back button In the menu, select wipe data/factory reset On the next screen select "yes delete all user data" The next screen select "reboot system now"

before resettiing back up every thing she has in downloads, basically if u have external dvd/cd rom drive you can make a backup of her my documents folder the whole thing. as long as you have your own password to get in you can do this, might be a good idea to back up your data .

You could try a factory reset , download Firmware 2.1 from Craig Electronics, and follow the accompanying directions. Full details may be found at http://www.androidtablets.net/forum/craig-tablets/12139-how-prepare-cmp738a-factory-reset-firmware-update.html . You will of course loose all your data....

Try a soft reset to see if that helps

Your netbook has a built-in battery, not an externally attached one. . The netbook will need to be disassembled to replace the battery. There are screws on the bottom holding the cover in place. Remove them and you should see the battery. I don't know if the battery plugs in or is soldered to the main board. Check eBay for a replacement battery.
