If you log into the web management portal (default should be 192.168.0.1) and log in with your credentials, you should be able to see the PIN # in there and change it if need be.

It may be that the WAP was set-up to use a different subnet from the default. Check the IP address that is assigned to the computer that is connected to the router and substitute the first 3 octets (192.168.10 is the default) with what your computer reports. I have had this happen to me a few times. Usually it is the video card/driver. By KVM I assume you mean a KVM switch that goes to both computers, so you can switch between them? I have had trouble with them, too, so try putting the VGA straight to the monitor and see.

Call your internet provider. They can get you that information or erase the password so you can change it after you convince them who you are. They are real picky when it comes to divulging information, so don't get upset when they ask a lot of questions.
