Go to device manager and check if the wireless lan driver is installed. If not, install the driver first and make sure you install the required software as well. (usually HP Wireless Assistant). You can download the drivers from here: www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.htm.
Choose your laptop model and operating system then download the necessary drivers needed for your lan to work.

You might have disabled the touchpad accidentally. If the touchpad is disabled it is indicated by a yellow LED on upper left corner of the touchpad and when the TouchPad is active, the light is off.
To turn the TouchPad on, quickly double-tap the TouchPad off indicator (the yello LED).
Hope it helps!

The charger for my HP G62-347NR gets very hot when
If your charger is able to power your laptop while the battery is out and it can do it well then your battery needs replacing. Your charger is heating up because the battery is offering resistance, to the charger. In other words it is not accepting the charge provided by the charger.
You most likely need to replace the battery, be sure to get the correct battery for your laptop. One that is also compatible with your charger.
Would you please be so kind as to rate this session, thumbs-up on the right.
Take care!

Hello, and good afternoon.. i'm
You can actually go back to the store or shop where you purchased the laptop from. You can ask them if you can get the OS discs and the drivers from them, though you might need to pay for them.
You can also go to http://www8.hp.com/us/en/support-drivers.html to look for the drivers for your laptop and you can also try to request for the OS disc online. Better yet, you can also try to call them on the phone to request for the said discs. Also, there would be a fee associated with the OS disc requests.
My hp 4520s probook's mouse
First, try double tapping the light again. You may have just mis-tapped.
Next try restarting the laptop. Certain laptops re-enable the track pad on restart so long as a USB mouse isn't connected.
If that fails, navigate to the Mouse Settings on your PC and re-enable it there. If you have a USB mouse you can use that. If not, you can use the keyboard. Windows Key will launch the Start Menu, arrow keys can highlight options, Enter will click on them, Control+Tab and Control+Shift+Tab will switch tabs (in a window that has tabs).
In Windows XP and 7 (and probably Vista), Mouse Settings is located at Control Panel > Mouse > Settings.
