The touch pad will not

Try going to Control Panel - Hardware and sound - mouse. Once you have the menu for the mouse open, go to device settings. Click settings, and all of the advanced controls for the functions of your mouse pad can be found there. Once in advanced settings, you should be able to enable the scroll function.

Charging circuit

Perhaps the Battery is dead? Try another cord/charger with the EXACT same power specs. Does the computer work? Is it just the Battery? Has the AC jack been damaged due to pulling on the cord while plugged in?

Unplug, remove battery, plug in, reboot, any change? Have you done ALL the Windows and HP updates? Open the Device Manager, open Network Adapters, is the Wireless adapter enabled, in error? Computer beeps when i turn it on

Computer does not boot up The problem maybe the RAM, it could be faulty or just needs reseating to make proper electrical contact. Reseat the RAM and then boot up your laptop. If it still does not boot up then remove the RAM module/s and take them to your friendly computer repair shop and get them to test the RAM for you. Just like you sometimes need a mechanic to repair your car, sometimes you do need a technician to diagnose and identify the fault or faults on your computer. Not only does a good service technican have the experience to deal with this type of problem, they also have the equipment that allows them to look at things the average computer user can't see, and he has a collection of replacement parts that can be used to quickly test individual components on your computer.

Hp probook 4520s charging time more brightly .battary off time darknessly

Laptop screen is normally brighter when it is connected to the charge adapter. When the laptop is running on the battery it is usually a little dimmer to save battery power, you can adjust the screen brightness even on battery power. To adjust the brightness hold down the Fn key and press one of the function button keys it maybe the F7 or F8 key it will have a symbol on the key to indicate the screen brightness.

My Laptop computer is not deducting the hdd?

First - re-seat the hard disk and reboot the computer. If the computer does not boot up then reboot and go into the BIOS configuration to see if the BIOS detects the hard drive. If it doesn't detect the hard drive then it could be faulty. Then the hard drive needs to be replaced in the computer/laptop, Windows installed and the computer or laptop's device drivers plus your programs etc. to get a functioning computer/laptop again.
