After press power button, no any response at all, no fan and no nothing happened

A very easy, but possable expensive, problem to cure. The power switch terminals have been rusted/worn down. either replacing or easily lubricating will solve this. Go to a hardware store and buy a small tube of graphite. Carefully put the tip into the opening in case surrounding it. lightly squeeze and press the switch repeatedly. Or just until it responds. After 5-10 times, replacement is necessary. Power is another possable cause.

When I type words slip out of the sentence and attach to other parts of the sentence, out of context and I have to cut and paste that part back in

What you will likely find is that the bottoms of your hands are touching the trackpad causing the cursor to jump around, this is very common with laptops. You can often disable the trackpad if you will be typing for a while or if you use an external mouse. Most Toshiba laptops have a "hotkey" to disable the trackpad temporarily. The ones I have seen are usually on F9, so you hold down the "Fn" key (bottom left side next to Cntrl), then press F9. This is a toggle and will enable and disable the trackpad. I almost always use a mouse with my laptops just for this reason. Some laptops, (usually HP) will have an actual button near the trackpad that will disable it temporarily for extended typing. The trick is often to just learn how to type without letting the bottoms of your hands touch the pad, and you will find this issue disappears.

I bought a used laptop with Windows 7 and came with office 2013. The auto update downloads the updates and shows the prompt"installation failed" , 10 or more times. Can this be fixed?

This worked for me, hopefully for you also. *Fix Windows Update* Control Panel Administrative Tools Services Windows Update - Automatic Windows Module - Automatic If it doesn't download UNLOCKER http://filehippo.com/download_unlocker/ then delete the folder. Then download FREE CCLEANER https://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download run registry and delete all problems also run CLEANER and delete everything no matter how many problems it shows.

How to reset the bios password

In some cases its removing the CMOS battery inside the laptop and powering on with no main battery and no charger connected. Before putting it back together. The CMOS will not only loose the password, but it will also loose its settings including the time and date. If you can load the laptop otherwise, Toshiba used to offer a windows tool for changing some CMOS options including unconditionally changing the password.

No bootable device restart system

This can happen if the had drive fails, or if the BIOS "forgets" what device it is supposed to boot from. That can happen if the motherboard CMOS gets reset or if the CMOS battery wears out. Go into the BIOS and check that the hard drive is being recognized. This is usually depicted on the main screen. If it is not seen, there is a good chance there is a hard drive problem. If is IS there, then check in the advanced options to ensure that the hard drive is listed as the first boot device.
