If your TV has a VGA computer input connector, the you can connect a VGA cable from the TV to the video port on the Toshiba laptop.

For most browsers you go into settings and there is a section for homepage in it. Add the homepage there. (google chrome makes it super simple)

Sounds like you need to replace the laptop's power cord/charger.

Try a system restore before this happened.

Look on both sides of the computer and in front to see if you see a wireless switch. If so turn it on. Also there are keystrokes that you can use to turn the wireless on. On most systems you would Press and Hold the FN function key located at the lower left portion of the keyboard then hit the correct key (F1 thru F8) that controls the wireless. The correct key to hit will have the wireless signal icon )))) on it or it might have the icon of a tower with the wireless signal icon )))). Once you hit the correct keys the screen will probably display a message saying Wireless On or Wireless Off.I just scanned through one of the Satellite C650 models and it said the wireless key to hit was FN + F8

There are four shortcut key combinations, and each will rotate your screen so that the top of the screen is at the top, bottom, left or right side of your monitor; you need to know which combination to choose. Say you are you trying to correct a mistake, and put the top of your screen back where it belongs--at the top of the monitor. Or you are trying to rotate your screen because you are using your monitor differently than most people do, and want the top of the screen to be at the left or right side of the monitor, or even upside-down. 2 Hold down "Ctrl + Alt" and the "up" arrow key if you want to return the top of your screen to the top of the monitor.
