First make sure you have the tube seated all the way in, the one inside the milk jug. I had assisted with the same problem before and the owner did not put the tube back in after cleaning the milk container. Next add a little Petrol-Gel Food Grade Sanitary Lubricant to the O-Rings, should have two (a small black one and an orange one) on the machine that the milk container connects to. This will assist in creating a better seal. If either are missing then you found the issue. The O-Rings are critical to any pressure system, so keep them clean and lubricated. You can get Petrol-Gel at a restaurant wholesaler or Amazon.
Add a little Petrol-Gel Food Grade Sanitary Lubricant to the two O-Rings on the machine were the milk container connects. If you do not have that available, wet your fingers with water and rub on O-Rings prior to inserting milk container. O-Rings dry out and go bad, they need lubricant. You can get Petrol-Gel at a restaurant wholesaler or Amazon. O-O
