Lg lhb975 no sound from tv
If the RCA cables are correctly connected you should have an "AUX" input on your DVD player which will allow sound from the TV to the player

This system has a wireless subwoofer that doesn't
I just called LG Electronics 1-800-243-0000 and this is the solution I got from them. Unplug the main unit from the wall, Hold the ON button for 30 seconds. Plug it back in. That should do the trick. They call this procedure a "Hard System Reset". If this doesn't work, call them back and they will repair or replace accordingly.

My LG LHB975 Theather system subwoofer keeps going
marvinpogno,
Sounds like you having an interference issue. Firstestablish a good connection, then diagnose why the signal is getting lost. You write that the problem occurs whenplaying music, which makes it sounds like everything is fine when playinganything but music.
First establish the connections; press and hold the stop button then press themute button on the remote. Check to make sure all units are operatingwith something other than music.
Now to diagnose the issue; what you are using to play themusic most likely is causing an interference that is breaking the wirelesslink. Try something else to produce themusic from, ipod, mp3 player, etc.
Don't forget about other things that could cause interference. Microwave ovens, wireless phones, wirelesscomputer router, etc.
Hope this helps. Please rate the answer if I was able to help, thanks.

I just bought a LHB975,
If the unit is less than 12 months old, take it to an authorised repair agent for repairs. You shouldn't have to pay anything if it's a fault of faulty workmanship or anything else under that description if the unit is still under it's under 12 months. If it's not covered by warranty, I'm afraid that you will find everywhere charges a diagnostic fee.

Hook up everything right,but can't
On the remote press the surround mode button and set it to Prologic movies or music when you are watching TV to get the rear speakers to work.
Or if you have Digital cable TV with Dolby Digital 5.1 content, make sure you have connected theLG to your TV using HDMI v1.3a. There is an audio return channel on this cable which will stream 5.1 audio signal to the LG system.

How do i get my speaker on to the speaker bracket?
On page 16 of the user guide it gives step-by-step instructions on mounting the speakers. But simply you take the mount screw side up and wings toward you and slide the speaker down.
If user guide was lost or didn't come with it you can find pdf version here: http://www.retrevo.com/support/LG-LHB975-Home-Theater-Systems-manual/id/23662ag010/t/2/

LG FB162 no sound when connected with Aux
Instead of aux (Blue Connector of PC Sound), try using head phone jack (Green Connector of PC Sound). It if is working fine, uninstall sound driver of your PC, restart PC and install sound driver again. Your problem will be fixed.
