You would have to hard reset it, contact Archos tech support who should be able to advise how to reset the device (this would mean losing all data).

Hello Pamela Your apps store was got error you can clean the cache data of your apps store to make it normal. Steps 1. Go to Settings 2. Go to Applications 3. Select Manage applications 4. Select ALL 5. Find the App Store and click 6. then press/click the Clear Data or Clear Cache 7. Then after that restart your tablet Try to connect on Wi-Fi then start your apps stor. If the problem not solve that's the time you most reset your tablet.

Archos have their own version of apps store which has a limited selection of APPS. There are customised updates that will give you access to other apps you can find by searching the internet but they come with some risk......

Since the Archos 101 Internet Tablet 16GB 10.1" is running Android 2.2 Froyo, you should be able to install Flash Player. When you say "Flash Player is blocked" what do you see when you try to install Flash Player, what software is blocking the install? Maybe we can disable the software which is blocking Flash Player. The other idea in to go into your settings, usually under security, find and check the box "Allow installation of external programs" then try the install again.
