which end feels loose, the dc socket on the tablet or the mains (240volts) end (three pin plug?). If the mains end, you need you need to get a new charger, it is dangerous to continue using it. If it is the dc socket end, there is not a lot you can do about it, as it is solder to the mainboard, unless you can unsolder it and insert a new one. Have you thought about gluing the dc side into place, so it cannot move?

20.3.2. RECOVERY MODE OPTIONS

It sounds like the best thing to do is restore your tablet to it's factory setting, and re-install any applications you require.
