possibly a bad power supply

I’m having the exact same issue with all 5 of my hdmi ports. I’m not adverse to getting in there and having a look. Even switching out the board or circuits myself if cost effective.

If I understand your question correctly, you want to use headphone AND be able to play through the speakers at the same time? Not usually. Most headphone circuits disconnect output to the speakers when you plug in headphones.

I think this new tv have a chip cor the picture quality proba ly it burn ot die so if u warranty on the tv just call n they will fix it for free.

I think the chip when bad u need to get it to a tv repair shop or if u waranty call the companie the looks like the chip for the imagine
