"Service Call Error E54"
This error code indicates a fault with the Main Motor. Either it's jammed or unusable. Unplug the printer from the power source, leave it for around 30 minutes, . While it's turned off, remove the cartridges, check for any damage, then put them back in. After tha, then reconnect it to the power and turn it on again. If this still doesn't clear the code from the display then you'll need to see a Brother service agent to have the main motor replaced.
E52 Error - Service Call
Error 52 is a malfunction of the laser motor. Laser replacement is the only fix. The last one I changed cost around $80.00

As you mentioned, printer works fine normally however the issue is only while printing emails.. so I would like to know the email program that is in use .. I mean, do you use Outlook, Outlook Express or webmail or Lotus notes etc..
If this is a repeated question then I would like to apologies as we experts are not allowed to peep into other experts' solutions so I cannot see the responses by the previous expert.
Also please let me know the following printer settings ..
AUTO WRAP, RIGHT MARGIN, LEFT MARGIN,
What happens when you copy the email text to a standard text editor like Notepad or Ms Word and then try printing .. does it still print with right margin extended?

Just turn of the printer and turn off the system, after a few min turn on both, i thing it will solve or contact me

you just diagnose your printer of their software tools...so that you can identify the error made...or just look the manual on how to reset the default setting of the printer....
Blinking green light
Try disconnecting the computer from the printer and shutting it down by removing the power cord and then also shut down the computer for a minute or so and then reboot it and check in "Printers" and see if it has anything waiting to be printed and if so clear out the queue. Flashing green light indicates that the printer is receiving data from the computer and/or printing so you shut it all down and cold reboot to clear out the computer confusion in both the computer and the printer.

- Right click on the brother printer icon and choose the option see what's printing
- Select option printer and finally choose cancel all print documents.
