Nope - the player laser assembly has lost its ability to recognize and read the disk. You replace since repair is not cost effective. If player is not proprietary you may be able to drop in there a normal computer dvd player to do the job of playing back. It will work!!!!!!!!!!!

Have you ever tried to fix tv remote? Most of the remotes don't work due to broken led connection (Red circuled area). Try to resolder it, may be you might work it.

I had ot go online to buy a remote control to use with my zenith concierge tv. It is the same model # as yours. I ended up paying almost 40 dollars for a remote made by lg who I believe bought out zenith. I believe you could problably just get a universal remote and get the same thing accomplished. I can do everything with the remote I ordered except the one thing I wanted it for and that is to turn up the volume. It says on the menu, custom, not preset, but it still will only go up halfway no matter what I do. I heard that you could program the tv to factory settings but I tried that with another remote and all it did was reprogram the remote so that it didn't work anymore. If you have any suggestions as to how I can get the volume to work on my tv, I would appreciate it as well

well it all depends on where the tv is located to, if it is in a room with little or no light( windows, lamps) you will want you brightness to be a lil lighter hince not makin the picture as dark, and vise versa for light rooms, u'll wanna turn the brightness down a lil bit to accomidate this room, as for the others i'd say a lil over 50% on them, thats how my office tv is set up, hope this helps, jason

To select the input to this TV, you must have its original remote control.

Go into menu go to caption and turn off text screen

Replace capacitors CX2105 (35 volts 220 Mf), CX2110(35 volts 100Mf), C2104 (50 volts 1 Mf), resolder resistors RX2115, RX2116,R2118,R2119. You will need to also resolder the vertical IC. I think this IC location is IC 2200, its been sometime since I repaired this one.Do not short the pins together with excess solder. The values on the cap may not be exact. Please use the cap value that is removed (remove and replace one at a time). The locations will be correct! This will remove the horizontal lines or bars across the TV screen. You may as well replace capacitors in the horizontal deflection area. By now you have bad caps there. The locations and values are, CX3218 (160 volts 2.2Mf), CX3205 (16 volts at 100 Mf) CX3413 (50 volts 22 Mf) and CX3416 (25 volts 100Mf). Thanks for asking and show all hands of support.

On a TV that doesn't have any A/V inputs, you'll need an RF converter. This device takes the audio and video signals from a source such as your game, and makes a channel 3 or 4 signal that can be tuned in by the set. Converters are available in the TV accessories section of big-box retailers, at Radio Shack, and from many places online. They cost around $20.

Hooking up a converter is easy. You just plug in the A/V cables from the game, connect the output cable to the TV's antenna jack and plug in its power supply (it needs power). There's a connector on the converter to hook up your cable wire again since you have to disconnect it from the TV. It sounds like more trouble than it really is. Maybe 10 minutes.

You have a shorted Horizontal Output transistor and a bad capacitor or two. Look for a bad resistor and you may have a bad flyback transformer [rare]. But yes the transistor is down!
