if it is locked you will not be able to install apps.search google for unlocking instructions

There is unfortunately no way to do this easily yet, there is no software in the phone to let it output video.

Turn Bluetooth on by going to Start Screen>All Applications>Settings>Bluetooth.
Once the Bluetooth has been turned on it will then be in both the searching and discoverable mode.

not really, you could go to htc's site and download the update there.

There is no official yahoo messenger app on the windows 7 marketplace as of yet. However, IM Buddy is a yahoo messenger chat client that is available on the marketplace now. You could use that app untill an official one comes out, or if you like it, keep using it. Hope this helps

Please check with your cell phone company if MMS is active in your number.

I encountered the same problem before. I suggest to please check your phonebook for multiple entries (i.e. two names having the same number). Remove one entry and it may resolve your problem. Hope this helps.
