Acording to my experience u must download file explorer using java and then through that u can explore not only memory card but also shared folder and going inside it u can delete many unwanted that u dont require but be carefull while doing it dont delete important files and u must be knowing that when u delete meseges in ur htc they are not completely earsed they go to deleted items same as recycle bin in ur windows.

You can try this to hard reset your HTC F3188
**it would make your phone on its factory default settings.
**all settings and files will be deleted.

- Press & hold volume up+down
- Press Power on
- Press Volume down to hard reset
- Press other button to cancel


Hope this one works.

You mean you want to install android in your device? Android devices already come with the software already preinstalled in them so you dont need to do any installation again rather the only thing you can do is to upgrade the operating system. Hope it helps
