Is this to do with the web browser? If so it seems the best way to fix it is to hard reset your phone. Be warned though that this may delete your data so please make sure everything is backed up first

try to download opera mini or uc browser its fast and cool i use it everytime and installed in all my phone

go on to your c3 menu click on internet browser then search for getjar.com, mostly opera mini is offered there for free but if nothings appear go to getjar search bar then search for opera mini then click opera mini then download automaticaly will install on your c3, good luck
