Regarding my Weslo cadence 200
at the end there is adjustment screws they have to have some way to adjust the belt
the screws are probably covered by tape or plastic plugs the adjuster's most likely are
phillups screws it wont take much to shift the belt maybe a 1/4 turn at a time
let me no if you find it the screws are Ware you first step on the tread mill
