Try to reset your CD player by disconnecting the negative battery cable and then wait a few minutes and reconnect it. It's possible the low voltage caused by your old dead battery actually damaged your CD player. Go to this website http://www.ukbookshelf.co.uk/ to obtain a possible unlock code that will get your CD player working again. Otherwise ask your Chrysler Dealer or take your radio in for decoding service.
Where is the "hidden button"
This is a simple answer to yopur question it does not have one. Most factory decks do not The way you reset the unit is to unplug it from the back let it set a few minutes then plug it back it back in. Now I dont know what problem you have with your unit but that is how you reset it.
Cds are stuck in the changer
Hi.
Ensure that the CD changer is powered, check cable and connection.
Disconnect battery for one minute and try again.
If that does not work, disconnect battery again, and try repeatedly pressing the eject on changer while someone else connect power back.
If that does not work the changer must be taken apart to remove the disks. Disassembly involves removing external cover, and usually it is not too complex.
Regards.
