Can't get audio out of
Try unplugging and plugging it back in. Use electronic duster to blow out the terminals. Make sure it's going to the input of the receiver and not the output. If all of that fails you might need a new Toslink optical cable.
I am having issues with my digital optical output
Ensure optical cable isn't boken ( I have had one of those before)
optical out comes in several flavours, you may have to setup tv or amp or both to be correct. Optical output types I've seen so far: PCM (2 channel), Dolby digital Out , DTS out. Ensure that your tv is an Optical Out not an optical in!

My power light keeps flashing.
Diagnostically this isn't a signal that the company lists. This therefore must be a short. Bring this in for service and let them know that your device wont power up. I'd say it need a nes switch or power supply.

Blew a fuse.
It is likely a short somewhere BEFORE the fuse, not the fuse itself. Follow the signal chain if possible and test connections before this. If that is not in your realm of expertise to do hands on, let the repair shop you bring it to know that there is a missing capacitor or short somewhere before "this fuse."

Standby light on, but won't power on
.hi guys I have been using the DAV SB300 and all sudden the standby power light flashes any time I try to put it on, any help on how to fix it?
