We are not connected to the internet on a slave
You can try to go to Add Printer > and find your printer driver on the list and re-install it again that way. I'm guessing when you say they deleted the printer your just referring to from Printers and Faxes so I would say your best bet is just to re-add the printer back through add printer if it is on the list. if its not on the list then you can download the driver from Konica's website and re-install the driver. Then it should work just fine.
Best place to purchase toner refill kits
I would not recommend filling toner yourself, the toner is very fine and you might accidently inhale some of this toner powder.
Depending upon the cartridge it may not be able to disassembled to install the toner, it may need an opening created and then sealed later.
You can purchase recharged toner cartridges on the Internet at reasonable prices.
I have a 'service call 17h' error condition and
open the front door and remove the waste toner bottle and transfer belt. use a flat bladed screwdriver in the small hole at the 10 o'clock position of the hole where the toner cartridges are installed. this now allows you to rotate the toner carousel slightly to free the OPC drum and remove it. you will probably find that a toner is not in its slot correctly and jammed against the drum causing the error 17h. use the release mechanism to rotate the carousel and remove all of the toners. check them for any damage, also the OPC drum, power up the printer and refit the parts as requested on the display, being very careful to put the correct toner in the correct slot.
Tiny colored lines along left edge of paper
Spillage or bleed caused by color tint on paper guide path
You could try cleaning the guides or putting some blotting paper through the path to attempt to collect it. Otherwise it will need a service to determine why it is or has leaked.

The printer will sudden come up with the Toner
There are two ways to continue printing:
Setting the menus to allow continued printing after it reports a toner empty
Mechanically resetting the toner cartridge
there is a way to reset the toner cartridge essentially fooling the printer into thinking it has a brand new cartridge. It has a mechanical linkage which will display a small shiny surface when deemed empty by a SW gas meter. (number of dots printed) To reset this linkage it is necessary to remove 3 phillips screws on the end of the toner cartridge which faces the back of the printer. Don't touch the rubber roller or you will get toner all over yourself and possibly contaminate the roller. If touched use rubbing alcohol on a swab to clean off the oil spot. Then on the bottom of the cartridge there is a small black phillips screw going through a copper contact. remove the screw. Lift the copper contact slichtly and pull the plastic end cap off the toner cartridge. remove and reinsert the black plastic interlock device (slides on a plastic rail) such that the sliver surface is fully retracted. replace the end cap, guiding the copper strap in place. Reinsert the 4 screws. Reinsert the used cartridge and keep on printing! Should save you about 20% on the needless replacement of perfectly good toner cartridges. I expect you could refill the cartridge as well if you wanted. Looks like there is a plug under the color coded handle in the front of the cartridge. Be sure to reset the latch as described also.
I hope your problem gets solved. Regards, Nandini.
