sometimes the cartrage is not in right ,pull it out wipe the ribbon with a tissue and put it back in make sure it clicks in both sides,if this dont work turn printer off then restart it.hope this is of some help

If you're getting white lines, you are running out of toner, but if the lines are black, I believe the drum is the problem .Remove the OPC drum and check its surface for lines, if there are any lines, you can bet it will be printed on the paper.

Replace the usb board&usb port

spooler is offline

check 2nd transfer roller or pc drum, open door when printing and check pc drum, if there is the whole printed page, then adjust 2'nd transfer roller

its either your heater is full of toner or your copy glass is full of dust either way you just need to clean it from the inside

I have the same printer and had the same problem.
Cleaned takeup roller wit isopropyl and it has worked now for 18 months. If you dont use it often, remove top sheet from stack and blow the dust off it before printing.

You can find this wire on the front side of the drum assy. You can check near the drum it is known as Corona wire which passes high voltage to erase the drum making it ready to receive the next image. You can clean if with a ear swab without any cleaning liquids. And also do remember that sometimes there is an Blue color tab on right or left side of the toner which moves hence you can clean with it as well. Its been given for the same purpose.

What's it doing (or not)? The biggest problem with the PagePro 1350W is that the toner is incredibly expensive... otherwise there's not really much to go wrong with the printer, since most of the operation of the printer centers around the printer cartridge itself.
