First check the connection between main control board and print head. The Print Head house the LASER and a motor called the polygon motor which is use to spread the laser bean across the drum. Polygon is the motor that is located inside the FAX print hear which is where the LASER is located. Have a technician (Konica Minolta) have him check the connection between the print head and its control board. If not need a new print head or worse the control board for the whole machine.. The polygon motor is what makes the LASER beam move across the drum to place the image on the drum, it travel around 35.000 RPM, you mite heard it as very high pitch as gets up to speed. Delete the fax and check paper tray rollers are cleaned. May be missing feeding which mean roller can't grab the paper and machine is expecting the paper to be at a certain point and does not see (Though sensors though out the paper route thru the machine so it thinks there is a paper jam) Also mite want o clear the memory (SRAM/DRAM) will lose one touches so make sure you have list backup Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/normanj_7893313f0751935f

Far as I know you can access every report since machine was purchased. Just go into menu as you would for current report printout. There should be an option there to REPRINT PREVIOUS reports or ARCHIVES. Choose the one you're looking for and VIOLA.

please insert some papers in the machine...

bad phone cable, bad phone line or modem malfunction, try another phone line, test phone line with an phone, can you call out? Unplug machine for a couple of minutes to see if modem resets.
