Power Supply, High Voltage Power supply or the Master Control Board, machine on a good surge protector if not after getting these part recommended you get one. There is a sensor for the second transfer roller. when the pressure is applied to the transfer roller. That code you have is stating its not doing its job. Recommend a qualified tech look at it. it could also be the High Voltage board #2 is bad. Image unit motor failure the image unit is the assemble with the two handles on it inside the machine pull it out and re-seat it.
