can you go into the printer properties then preference's or the gear box change to grey scale printing only??. I can do that with my Cannon so saving on using the colour cartridge...hope this helps

(1) If it takes developer as well as toner you will need to change the black developer.

(2) Also check the voltage is correct

(3) check that the toner path is not blocked

I've had the same issue with this printer. Are you using Minolta own brand cartridges? You should be.

Question edited into written English. Misfeed Error, or Timing Error. You need dealer service. This is a Professional Machine. The fuser only heats the toner to set it on the paper. It is nothing to do with jams.
