change a driver or update a driver

Found trays in real time from previous owner...

Hi ,

Could be because there are no drivers running under Windows Seven for this unit.If you have the W XP install disc , you could install a virtual version of W XP on your HDD ( http://downloads.vmware.com/d/info/desktop_downloads/vmware_player/3_0 )You could also partition your HDD ( http://www.partitionwizard.com/free-partition-manager.html ) and install W XP on the new one .

I have the slide tray to a Dimage Scan Dual II and am looking for negative tray. I would be perfectly willing to swap it with you or buy it off you...

The drivers that came with the unit will work fine under Windows 7. If you get warning messages while installing them, just choose to ignore and continue.

Before you install try this.

1. Start -> Click Run
2. Enter msconfig and click ok
3. Click Startup tab
4. Uncheck program that you don't want to startup
You can disable programs that you don't want automatically load when you start your computer. By disabling these programs will help your computer startup faster.
5. Click Ok and restart
Now you should notice that your computer startup faster.

Er zijn geen Windows 7 versies meer .
Bent u in bezit van de W XP install disc , dan kunt u :
ofwel een virtuële versie van XP op uw schijf installeren : http://download.cnet.com/VMware-Player/3000-2094_4-10470784.html
ofwel uw schijf partitioneren en XP op de nieuwe partitie installeren : http://download.cnet.com/Partition-Wizard-Home-Edition/3000-2094_4-10962200.html
Beide zijn gratis , safe en heeeeel gebruiksvriendelijk .

I probably have ran into this issue as well if I leave the scanner turned on, my Diamge Scan Dual II gives me an Error= 5 on Win2k or Error=1 on XP
Last night I opened the scanner up found a loose ribbon cable and managed to the scanner working however it was left on over night and Puked out with error codes again

You need to install it's drivers. You can find it driver on www.support.hp.com
