If you installed the faucet you need to use a basin wrench to make the nuts tighter under the sink and this will stop the movement. Some fauect have a large nut with two set screws on each side. Then you just make the nut hand tight and then take a screw driver and then make those two set screws tight and then the inside will pull tight

remove the center cap and under that is a screw back that out and then use a handle puller to take the handle off this puller will stop damage to the stem and the handle
