I would remove all toner/drum units and the transfer unit (under drum units). Remove paper tray and look very close for any paper pieces or other objects blocking the paper path.

is the paper in the fuser, try turning the fuser, sometime there are some small pieces of paper stuck in between the fuser and pressure roller

Have you opened up the top cover, removed all the cartridges etc?
Also paper can get stuck in the front door.

The sensor in the front door behind the manual feeder can get stuck down in the wrong position.

Yes it can be saved, it is indicating the fuser thermister is open or below temperature. Try opening the printer and restarting it. If that does not fix it you may have to replace the thermister or the fuser

There are sensors along the inside right wall that tell the unit if there is a K cartridge inserted. Usually what happens is that due to a toner spill, the sensor LED is covered with toner and or is bad . Hence it does not see the K cartridge. This happens mostly with the black or K cartridge. Get some compressed air and lightly shoot some into the hole that corresponds to the K cardtridge. Only in the hole, do not spray the air anywhere else in the printer.
If this does not clear it up, you would need to replaced the sensor board which is held in with 12 springs!

yep thats classic feed rollers problem... The "fuser" uses heat to "bake" the ink onto the paper.

Your printer seems to have a mechanical problem while "feeding" the paper from the "input" tray, through the printer, passing the fuser, and to the "output" tray.

Check that all the rollers that "pull" the paper into the printer are working -- if one of them is not grabbing the paper, the paper "slews".

If you need help, take the printer to a qualified technician for repairs.

Check underneath the toner/drums for the paper.

Pull out the toner&drums and see if its under there

I called the OKI help number, in the manual, and they told me that the second line of the error message, was just an additional reminder, to replace the magenta toner.

I would take them out and double check for any remaining packing material etc and then make sure they are fully inserted. The simple things are always the ones to start with

This is the problem with toner cartridge. This may be clogged. Remove the toner cartridge, through cleaning and insert it. It may be solved.

Try to clean the cartridges, nozzle and head cleaning. If not solved you have a ink cartridge is clogged. You will need to buy a cartridge.
