Two possible problems:
1. You actually got a partially empty new toner. This has happened to me once.
2. The sensor on the printer is dirty and not seeing the toner. With the toner there is a little wipe that says it is for cleaning the LED. There is an LED sensor that "reads" the presence of the toner. If this is dirty it will think there is no toner cartridge.

try switch off, unplug, hold up and down & reset button at the back, swith on

Pull out your printer's cartridge and make sure it has ink. if it has ink and the problem is still there then clean it and shake it for a while and then insert it..

Main causse of printer failer is printing interruption and corrupted files for driver.

Solution 1. Check for the device manager to see some error in hardwares especially the usb port. If there is reinstall the missing driver because maybe it is corrupted.

Solution 2. Most printer error can be resolve by uninstalling and reinstalling the printer software.

Solution 3. Maybe the is confusion on the buffer and he does not recognized the printing files. Try no to print usual character that will make printer to confuse. To solve this:

Go to START MENU
Choose RUN
Type the letter "cmd"
Type the word "net stop spooler"
Exit
Go to C drive
Choose to Windows Folder
Click show content
Choose system32 folder
Choose spool folder
Choose printer
And delete all printing jobs pending
Again go back to CMD window and type the word "net start spooler"
Restart your computer also turn off your pr

Toner doesn't dry, but can get moisture or heat which can damage it. The toner cartridges have a shelf life of 2 years so I would stock up the amount of cartridges I would use in the next 2 years.

It will continue to report this until replacement. In my experience, it won't lock you out, but the error is a result of the printer testing the integrity of the belt, so until it is replaced, it will report this error. Use it until yu see print issues, and then replace.

For the Oki C3200 with No LCD, the replacement or addition of a fuse 422 012 or 422 006 to the drum unit will reset the drum life to 100%. Fuse is available from RS Online or www.rsaustralia.com

I used the 422012 yesterday and it worked perfectly on my Oki C3200 with no LCD.

You will need to remove the toner cartridge from the top of the drum (do this over newspaper). From the top of the drum unit where the cartrdige was, remove the left and right screws. Gently clip off the top unit, exposing the toner powder. There is another screw on the right which you may or may not have to undo. On the side of the drum unit where the blue lever would be, you should be able to see two copper pieces. The fuse will need to slot into the copper pieces to create a circuit between the two pieces. You don't need to solder, just push the wire ends of the fuse into the slots on the copper sqaures. Reassemble and place back in the machine. Once the machine completes its warm up and initialises, the fuse should blow and the drum counter will be reset to 100 or 99%.

If you do it becomes messy and difficult to fully reassemble the unit to working order. I have only provided this link so you can easily locate where the fuse has to go.

It means paper jam in the 1st paper tray. Check above the pickup roller sometimes, paper will get jammed in there good.

Reinstalling the printer driver will fix the issue
