Guys, I need help on my Pioneer Avic N3, I got the the right wires install, flashing red light ONLY., I connect the brain to the head unit but nothing.. [email protected]

the pioneer avic n3 has a seperate brain system and there is a cable that hooks the two together its called like the 13 pin wire or something and once you hook the brain and the head unit together it will have the display and everything else

my best suggestion for you would be to look up the user manual on pioneer's website, look for the model number on the front of the deck its usually deh-p4900ib or something like that, hopefully thats written in english for you or if its not so to pioneers website and look up the single din dvd/gps sytems and go through the pages till you find one that looks like yours, good luck.

You may try: turn off the brake cable detection of your Car DVD player in setting;check your screen;check power supply of screen

Unfortunately if the backlight is not working you may need to replace the device. If you could find a site that offers parts you will need to purchase a new LCD

Do you have the complete N2 system. It is consist of the indash unit and the brain(hide-away unit) plus a numbers of cables(data, gps antenna and many others). If you only have the deck alone and the power harness then you only have less than half of the system. Let me know if you need the rest. Goodluck

read the use guide to get correct error and fix it

inspect the plugs make sure they in good condition and go to menu on these radios theres a on & off adjust the subs on menu select

they have to hook it up to their computer. call some of the local shops including best buys geek squad first and ask them.. let me know and i may be able to lookup the code for you i need the
model number.
