No . Drivers available for your model are Win  NT, 3.0,9.0. Unless they have someone write a new driver for this old model is  will never work on Xp. sorry. Don't kill the messager for telling you the truth. No-one else will have any other answer for you.  I answered completely and honestly. 

I want to know how to use PR2 printer with compatable ribbonn. It always give error and says install origional ribbon which is not available at my place. Giving so much problem. Any solution for it.

When I had a printer that only had the large (purple) parallel port, I hooked it up to my network using an older laptop that had that port and shared it on my network. If you aren't able to do that, I believe you can buy a parallel adapter that turns it into a wireless printer that you can then use over a wireless network assuming your laptops are newer and have wireless cards installed. You might also be able to buy a PC card that plugs into your laptop and that has a parallel port for your printer.

sounds like the power supply has gone.
It sounds like it may be beyond economical repair as it usually is if the PSU goes (usually more effort and / or money) than the printer is worth.

check how much another Olivetti JP 192 is, then decide if its worth repairing the PSU.

one way to resolve this is clean your pickup rollers, this is the rubber roller where the paper enters the printer.

I fixed the problem by ringing the olivetti helpline. They told me I needed a different disc to download. One for vista. Thanks anyway.

This printer does not work on bluetooth, you will have to take it to a shop and get a lead that is suitable for it. Either a usb lead or a parrallel lead. They will know which.
