You mean it's frozen? Does that tablet have a reset feature with a pin hole somewhere? Read the instruction manual. You might be able to unfreeze it and reboot it. Put a paper clip in the reset hole and press gently on it to reset it. Then reboot it.

Hi, Does the device have a password lock on it. If it does try removing this first, then attempt a hard reset. You can access the engineers menu by holding the volume - button and then pressing the power button whilst turning it on. Other than that the only other option is to reload the ROM with a flash utility. But this is not for the faint hearted :-)

Do a hard reset by using a push pin to insert in the hole. I did not lose my information. OR you can use a usb cord to attach your Trio to a computer and extract your information from the Trio first.

There is a Hard-reset sequence for all tablets and phones.. Typical on tablets and phones you Power Off and then hold both the power and volume up (for up to 2 minutes on some models)for one menu and/or power and volume down for another menu, then use the volume buttons to move up and down the seclection menu, then the power or home button to select.. If there is a home key, it could be this and the power button. **Always start this sequence with the power off first. Typically to turn power off you hold the power button in for 10 seconds. Some systems, when you hold the power and other button down you must release one of the buttons and continue holding the other. Should only take a few attempts to figure it out. IF you don't have any luck there should be several Youtube videos desccribing how to resolve this and other issues. If yor tablet or phone is unlocked or jailbroken Im not sure to use thiese methods as it may corrupt the data. For jailbroken units refer to youtube perhaps. Hope this helps, good luck. Mine just did that . reset if thst dont work hold volume and power buttons upon turming on it is gping to tho reboot the whole tanlet. its the only way to het it to work.

turn it off. if you can't then their is a reset button on the side where the charger is. Get a safety pin put it in the hole. You will know if you reset it. It will reboot. It won't effect your files or info. I hope this helps!

I would guess your wifi broke.. but you can always ... try wifi elsewhere to verify... if it works then you need to manually connect to your wifi... I would attempt to get your Ip off the working one and copy the same IP and DNS for your wifi... since it's a tablet I would just reset it to factory settings if it just is stuck... you can back up your files VIA google or BUMP app

G0 into settings..then go to wireless network . you should see wi-fi slide the bar to ON. make sure the airplane mode is in OFF then at the top on right..you should see SCAN.. RUN THIS AND FIND YOUR NETWORK..HIT ADD AND GO FROM THERE

You should look at a Google Chromecast. This is an HDMI device, that you can stream from your android to the ChromeCast connected to your TV. They are actually quite cheap to purchase. Then you use your tablet to control it. It should also work with Netflix.
