Try using a different Browser... if the problem persists there is a bug in the game, if it doesn't then there is a problem with your previous browser. In which case I suggest cleaning the browser cache + History and restarting the browser.

I would advise you to raise your issue on twitter in public post. @jawaker is their twitter handle. So if you include it in your post to them, they'll notice this (and so will others). They didn't have a phone number on their website so I think social media is best option. Thank you.

Have you not checked the website for help in acessing your account there normaly have a password or username recovery in place if not contact them via email or telephone.
