I did a quick Google search, since I experienced the same *2 seconds to black* problem months ago, and found this Hannspree HF237 2 seconds to black Badcaps Forums

This is usually an issue with a failing capacitor. I replace them in mine often. In the monitor, on the power supply will be several capacitors (caps). Look for the tops to be domed these are bad. Try a site called badcaps if you are game to replace these. A soldering station after shipping can be as low as $32 or so.

You ar e getting out of range message because the video signal resolution is too high for the monitor to display, you need to set it to the native resolution of the monitor.

It is the inverter problem maybe it is loose or cold solder already. You better open the unit and look for the inverter section then re solder all leg parts there.

hi try to un plug and re installed 10 to 15 time some time their is a problem with female jack

Hi, If you switch the screen off and back on again do you see a picture for a second or not? If you do then I suspect a fault called "Bad Caps" which is repairable. If not then try another screen and see if that works ok.

Not sure why you would need an internet connection to recover data. Maybe it has ransomware on it? There are CD's you can burn that can run a Linux environment and check fr malware. The Hirens CD comes to mind.. Try downloading it, burn to CD or create a USB install and run some malware programs on it. Or use a Windows 10 install to reinstall a new system.
