1. Disconnect the power adapter from the printer.
2. Wait 30 seconds to allow the printer to reset.
3. Connect the power adapter to the printer. Turn on the printer, if necessary.

If you already replaced Print head then same error occur their might be a problem with the carriage unit. kindly check also if there is a leak inks on a carriage contact then clean it.installed again print head.

You will probably need the WiFi key for your router. This would be the same as you needed when connecting a laptop. Often the relevent info is written on the back of the router. There is a network settings mode on the printer. Sometimes you are lucky and pressing a seurity button on the router and setting the printer to connect will allow it to automatically happen. Try this once but do it the manual way if no success first time.

Restart the printer or unplug and plug back in.. If that does not fix try to reseat the cartridge or use compressed air ( May be dirty).

my printer CANON mg5100 still has the same problem...I bought 3 printers ! THe quality of them is in 1 to 10 =2 or 3 ...The same issues: always using colors instead BLACK too much head cleaning.... This printer MG51000 is for sure the WORST i ever bought.......

Make sure it the printer is plugged into an outlet AND into the computer. You can also visit kodak's website to download drivers and/or software for the printer.
