You have a misfire on #4 cylinder you should replace the sparkplug and ignition coil also check the injector .

dead short and can be very hard to find look in areas that have had repairs in the past, hot wires cut or grounded.some times you can do this in darkness. just have a buddy watch the wiring [where ever it may run] and replace the fuse u may see a spark.

Isolate the circuit remove all devices from it but one, if that one does not blow the fuse, disconnect it, and reconnect another one in that circuit till you find the culprit.

It's not always that easy, but good luck

The hub needs to be removed from the car the disc is held on by bolts through the rear of the hub. If you have no experience working on brakes I would recommend that you leave this to a competent workshop. It is quite involved and impacts on yours and others safety. (Read Life!)

after you jack it up and remove the tire you then need to remove the caliper and brakes. then the rotor should just slide off sometimes it may need just a slight bump with a hammer on the backside
