i would try to connect to a different wifi (I.E. starbucks or like mcdonalds free wifi) and see if you can connect. if you can than it may be that you may need to open some ports on your wifi router at home. if you can connect to a different wifi contact me back as i will try and open your ports for you.

Yes you can. You'll need your UDID. To do that, connect your game to Itune and click on the serial # (under summary). Wait for a moment and the UDID will appear. You'll need th UDID on both new and old iphones. Once you have the #s, go to team lava.com and enter the level you were in then the UDIDs.This will help restore it.

Ok it yes to unfreeze an iphone Push and hold the HOME and POWER buttons at the same time. Hold until it resets..

easiest way is to load the movie file into Itunes. Then under menu: Advanced is a button to convert movie to IPOD.....
click it
u'll se a converting area appear around where itunes has its devices or store downloads.
once its done converting, make sure ur Iphone sync has movies checked, and select that movie
