Try resetting the kobo reader by turning it off and back on again

I would do this ASAP - go to your account and change it

the only thing you can do is to go to re-load disk top again - this may lose any books you have on your e-reader, but you can re load them again

Hi, I do not have the n613 but please check your USB ports as these some time give a problem when you try to charge your battery through the computer - also check your connects from the e-reader to the computer as this could also be a problem..... if the above still does not work I suggest you plug the e-reader in and try and re update it... I take it you are first going in to Kobo and then plugging in your e-reader, if it does not start to sync click on the button (top right) and it should sync - if this does not help - delete disk top and re-load Good luck

You should have first of all downloaded Kobo desk top apps on to your computer - after which you can buy book....then syncing ...once the book has been loaded to your library you plug your e-reader in and syncing, this loads the book on to your e-reader.. Good luck

When you have downloaded - and payed for the books, you must click on up date to library, after which you can plug in your e-reader and down load to it hope this helps

when my kobo was brand new out of the box I tried to set it up using the kobo software and got a message saying that the memory was full which obviously wasn't the case. I now use caliber to put all of my books on my kobo and it seems to work perfectly. Hope this helps

Since you have purchased the book and it's not working or refuse to sync, then it means its not compatible. SI would advice you ask for a refund or ask the site to give you a book that would be compatible.

To contact the owners of the website for a refund, check the top of down part of the site, you will find "Contact Us". Click the contact us and you will find a e-mail address and phone number. Contact the site and they should either refund your money or give you a book that would be compatible.

You can do a hard reset by holding down the round home button on the front, and the silver power button on the top, hold down both these buttons until you see an apple, then release both. Do this while unplugged

Make sure your router doesn't require a security code to connect to it. If it does, enter the code and try again.

You will most likely need to buy a new one. I looked online for a replacement screen and I could not find one.

Go to the library screen and tap the button on the far right top corner. This will make your books into a list. To delete a book, simply slide your finger from right to left and hit the red delete button that appears.

easiest way is to load the movie file into Itunes. Then under menu: Advanced is a button to convert movie to IPOD.....
click it
u'll se a converting area appear around where itunes has its devices or store downloads.
once its done converting, make sure ur Iphone sync has movies checked, and select that movie
