Whats the correct lens for watching the moon
That depends upon how close-up you want to see it. Try one, then try another, and another, until you get a view you like best.
There is no "correct". It's up to you to decide.

I'm looking for the instructions
This scope does not have a manual anywhere on the internet. However if you can determine what type and style of telescope this is then you can download a free manual off the Meade scope web site-- they are all assembled and used in a similar fashion by type--
Look at these two web sites--

User guide
All of the Bushnell manuals are located on this web site. Look down the page for your telescope.

My telescope vibrates a little, i checked it and
Read my TIPS on my profile page; about improving a "department store" telescope.
The vibration is because the tripod and mount are too small to support the tube. NEVER buy a scope from Craigslist or Wal Mart, or Ebay, unless you know exactly what you are buying.
No instructions...
Many, many places have astronomical societies or clubs that welcome new people and host viewing events where you can look through all kinds and sizes of scopes. If there is a local college with an astronomy department, contact them, they will usually know of them in your area, otherwise search your community information. Take your scope to a view and there lots of nice folks that will be delighted provide some hands on instruction.
Can not see out of new scope
Ha! well of course the mirror should be there-- it's a REFLECTING telescope!
Carry it outside during the day and put the eyepiece with the largest number written on it into the focuser "hole". Practice focusing on a distant object until you learn how to do it-- then try for the moon when it gets dark.
Need a tasco 49114500 manual
Here is their service number -- call them and see if they have a manual-- and NEVER buy another Tasco telescope....... sorry but most are simply toys.

Cant see out of 49114500 telescope
You're on the right track since you can see something with the large eyepiece. The smaller ones will work the same basic way, but only for objects that are farther away. When you use a smaller eyepiece, the magnification goes up, and usually, the higher power eyepieces may not work for close objects.
Try looking thru the middle size eyepiece at a very distant big object, that is much further away, like at least 1/4 or 1/2 mile, in daytime. Try adjusting thru the entire adjustment range slowly, and at some point, you should see the image appear, and sharpen up.
The middle eyepiece will be typically be harder to focus easily, since the focus range is smaller. Likewise, the smallest eyepiece will be even touchier, but its the same process. Just turn the adjustment knob slowly.
It also helps sometimes to hang a weight like a book from the center of the telescope or tripod to help stabilize everything.
All of this will be easier in the daytime first to get practise, and to learn how careful you have to be. Good Luck.
